Tolling
Since 2003, we have been increasingly involved in projects within the German and European toll sector. These projects, which attract a great deal of public attention, are usually characterised by the high complexity of the processes and system solutions involved.
Organisations, systems and technologies must be seamlessly integrated. Only then can the various components relating to customer management, billing, toll collection and monitoring function smoothly.
We have been involved in the design and quality assurance of toll projects in a wide variety of roles, whether in tendering, contract drafting, implementation or acceptance. With 20 years of experience, we can assist you with all tasks relating to tolls, from feasibility studies and business case preparation, through process and system design, to operational optimisation.
Certification is required to operate as an EETS provider in a country. The requirements for this can vary significantly from country to country. To date, we have supported EETS providers through three certification processes in Germany – the most complex and comprehensive certification process. We have done so using both existing technology and connections, as well as the new toll collection service from Toll Tollect. We have also provided support for certification and recertification processes in many other European countries, for both EETS providers and OBU hardware.
We offer a full range of services relating to certification and recertification within the European context. This includes everything from planning and project management, through all communication with internal and external stakeholders, to documentation preparation, test planning and execution, and quality assurance.
